Our vibration free, handheld installed screw piles were ideal for this house extension in Dulwich. 5 screw piles were installed on this site. The proposed extension was close to tree roots and also close to a public sewer. Our method therefore required approval from Thames Water prior to works being carried out.
Ground Sun assisted in gaining this approval, supplying method statements and detailed information about the helical screw piling system. Ground Sun also supplied and fixed rebar reinforcement for the ground beam.
