Screw pile foundations for 3m new build project
Ground Sun were appointed to install 10 helical pulldown screw piles for a new garden building and retaining wall foundations for this 3m new build project in Hampstead Village.
The site had very restricted access which was not problem for Ground Sun’s handheld drilling rig. The piles were installed in made up ground and were the perfect solution for this site which had a number of trees with tree preservation orders.
