Helical Screw Piles For Enhanced Extension
Ground Sun installed helical screw piles for this large thermally enhanced extension in Winchmore Hill. The site had restricted access and was surrounded by protected trees.
A hydraulic drivehead attached to a 1.5 tonne digger was used to install the 22 piles at a depth of 6.5 metres.
We also constructed the pile caps and steel beams and beam and block floor. Our client then also commisioned Ground Sun ltd to erect the building to shell ready for his direct fit out team to finish. Project duration 5 weeks,…..
